the chain-skywatch friday

Listen to the wind blow
Watch the sun rise
Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies
And if You dont love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain.
Listen to the wind blow
Down comes the night
Run in the shadows
Damn your love
Damn your lies
Break the silence
Damn the dark
Damn the light
And if You dont love me now
You will never love me again
I can still hear you saying
You would never break the chain.
-Fleetwood Mac-

Erin: How very cool to catch the sky at the tree. Was the chain for a tire swing.

I'm wondering why those words sound so familiar, and then I see it's a Fleetwood Mac song.

That photo is wonderful! Great composition and what a gorgeous blue sky.

I am wondering what those chains are for? Interesting photo, indeed! I love the blue color of the sky.

Chains do bind things and people and do prevent growth. So I hope that chain in the photo will one day be broken so the tree can be liberated from its bondage. Hopefully, the energy behind the intent that put the chain in the tree in the first place will one day be reconcilled and processed. Nice thought and feeling oriented post.

Hello all.
This chain was high in a beautiful walnut tree near an abandoned house I was snapping photos of. It was curious as to what it might have been used for and I can't say I have a clue.

When I saw the title, I somehow knew you'd use that song somehow. Great shot -- as usual!
